Miguel is Partner in the Private Equity Investment team. During the last three years, Miguel worked at Altamar offices in New York.
Miguel has more than 10 years of professional experience, including more than 8 years in Private Equity Funds of Funds. Miguel has rejoined Altamar in June 2013 where he had already worked as Associate Investment Director during the period 2006-2009. Between 2009-2013, Miguel worked as Investment Manager in the Private Equity division of the European Investment Fund (EIF) in Luxembourg, making investments in international private equity funds, co-investments, and investments in secondary and venture capital funds. Previously, Miguel worked at Interdin Corporate Advisory, the company that manages the investments in Spain of the private equity fund Giulani-Sage Capital. Previously, he worked as a lawyer in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Garrigues.
Miguel holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid.
