Maria Sanz is a Partner and Chief Legal Officer of AltamarCAM Partners.
Prior to AltamarCAM, she was responsible for Mercapital’s legal advisory services for more than 10 years. After the integration of this firm into the N+1 Group, she joined the group’s Legal Department as Director. Previously, she worked in the Corporate Law Department of the law firm “Sala, Acebo & Bernal”, in the Mergers and Acquisitions team, where she became a partner.
She holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has completed several courses in Corportate Law and Private Equity.
