Jürgen Borchers, Managing Partner and COO Germany, has 17 years with AltamarCAM Partners (or its predecessor companies) with more than 24 years of private equity experience.
He has been with AltamarCAM Partners (or its predecessor companies) since 2004 and has played a key role in building up the Portfolio Operations and Business Management departments during this time. Prior to that, he supported the Transaction Services team of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Duesseldorf and London as Senior Manager and Project Manager. He began his professional career as an auditing assistant at Deloitte & Touche. After an apprenticeship in Banking.
He studied economics at the Ruhr University in Bochum and at the University of Stockholm. He also qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
