Job Description: Key Responsibilities
- Database management: You will learn to maintain the investor database and unitholder register accurately and reliably, ensuring the information remains complete and up to date.
- Investor onboarding: You will take part in the process of onboarding investors into the funds, helping manage the required documentation and supporting anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) procedures.
- Client service: You will use a range of communication channels to respond to and resolve client requests, providing high-quality, personalised service.
- Liaison with banks and placement agents: You will maintain regular communication with depositary banks and placement agents, helping facilitate the management and execution of financial transactions.
- Cash flow monitoring: You will monitor receipts and payments across the investment funds and help with cash reconciliations.
- Collaboration with other teams: You will work with the Operations and Investor Relations teams, contributing to the achievement of the company’s shared objectives.
Candidate’s Profile
- Currently pursuing a university degree or a recent graduate in finance, economics, law, or a related field.
- Strong communication and client service skills, with a sense of responsibility and a careful approach to reviewing your work.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
