We are looking for an analyst to join our Client Support Team within our Investor Relations department (Madrid Office)!
Job Description: Main Functions
• Management and maintenance of CRM (Client Relationship Management) including meeting minutes, updating of existing and potential investor information.
• Preparation of documents related to fundraising developments.
• Update of investors’ investment opportunities in CRM.
• Collaboration in the editing and preparation of materials related to funds in marketing period.
• Preparation of ad-hoc presentations to investors, including cash-flow estimates and update of funds in portfolio.
• Review and preparation of distribution lists for sending communications related to events, webinars, Annual Meeting, etc.
• Elaboration of Due Diligence Questionnaires and follow-up of subsequent requests.
• Management of investor onboarding processes in our Spanish and Luxembourg vehicles.
• Updating of information about the firm for various industry reference databases.
• Support to the Compliance team in relation to the regular update of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) files and sending of various communications.
• Preparation of materials for Roadshows with Private Banking Clients.
• Coordinate quarterly information packages with different Departments (Operations, Investments, Portfolio Analytics…)
Candidate Profile
• 1-2 year experience in financial firms.
• Knowledge and/or previous experience in private markets will be a differentiator asset.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail.
• Communication skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, agility in learning and flexibility. Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word…).
• Fluent conversational and written English is essential as it will be used in the day-to-day.
• Good academic record.
• Immediate availability and able to join full-time.
