Analyst Finance Department

We are hiring! 

We are looking for an Analyst for the Finance department (Madrid office)

Main Functions:

  • Consolidation and Reporting:
    1. Planning the annual audit process at global level.
    2. Ensure that the information of all subsidiaries (Germany, Chile, USA, Luxembourg, UK) is up to date.
    3. Implement the accounting homogenization process, as well as the reconciliation of intra-group operations.
    4. Perform monthly/periodic reporting of financial statements, as well as prepare annual accounts at global level.
  • Ensure reliable and updated information for external stakeholders (Audit, Regulator) and internal stakeholders (Financial Committee, Board).
  • Provide support in the integration of ERP in the department and in the automation of processes.
  • Provide support in the Financial Assets portfolio processes (both in the management and automation of these processes).
  • Support the team in any other integration process or key projects in the department.

Profile:

  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in financial audit, financial consulting and/or similar.
  • Graduate in Business Administration and/or similar.
  • Management, control, planning and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dynamic, decisive and proactive profile.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word…).
  • A very high level of English is essential.
