We are looking for an Analyst for the Finance department (Madrid office)
Main Functions:
- Consolidation and Reporting:
- Planning the annual audit process at global level.
- Ensure that the information of all subsidiaries (Germany, Chile, USA, Luxembourg, UK) is up to date.
- Implement the accounting homogenization process, as well as the reconciliation of intra-group operations.
- Perform monthly/periodic reporting of financial statements, as well as prepare annual accounts at global level.
- Ensure reliable and updated information for external stakeholders (Audit, Regulator) and internal stakeholders (Financial Committee, Board).
- Provide support in the integration of ERP in the department and in the automation of processes.
- Provide support in the Financial Assets portfolio processes (both in the management and automation of these processes).
- Support the team in any other integration process or key projects in the department.
Profile:
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in financial audit, financial consulting and/or similar.
- Graduate in Business Administration and/or similar.
- Management, control, planning and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Dynamic, decisive and proactive profile.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word…).
- A very high level of English is essential.
