Job Description: Main Functions
- Database management: You will learn how to reliably and accurately manage the investor database and shareholder register, ensuring the integrity and constant updating of information.
- Investor onboarding: You will participate in the process of bringing investors into the Funds, assisting with the management of the necessary documentation and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) processes.
- Customer service: You will use various communication channels to respond to and resolve customer requests, offering a high-quality, personalised service.
- Communication with banks and placement entities: You will maintain fluid communication with custodian banks and placement agents, facilitating the management and execution of financial transactions.
- Financial monitoring of cash flows: You will monitor collections and payments for the various investment funds and assist with cash reconciliation.
- Collaboration with other teams: You will work with the Operations and Investor Relations Team, contributing to the achievement of the company’s common objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing a university degree or having recently completed a degree in finance, economics or law.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Interdepartmental work collaboration abilities and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
