Stefania is a partner and head of talent at AltamarCAM Partners, responsible of the HR function globally.
She joined AltamarCAM in 2016, with extensive experience in human resources management. Before AltamarCAM, she worked at a top multinational telecommunications company and subsequently in BRECA Group at its corporate centre in talent and development and at Exsa Soluciones (BRECA Group) as head of talent, development and recruitment.
She holds a degree in business administration from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru) and an international master’s degree in human resources management.
