Miguel Rona is a Managing Partner at AltamarCAM Partners and is responsible for developing third-party fund distribution capabilities, offering our investors institutional clients with efficient access to products of top-quality traditional and alternative international asset managers.
Before joining AltamarCAM, he worked at Invesco Asset Management for 14 years, with his most recent position being co-head of business for continental Europe and Latin America, where he managed European sales and customers. He was also a member of the company’s executive committee and of the product, risk and distribution committees.
He previously held the position of country manager Iberia, developing Invesco’s business in Latin America. During his time as European head for Invesco, the firm’s assets in Europe increased from US$14,000m to US$25,000m. Miguel began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked for six years, carrying out various functions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from the University of Houston.
