Role Description: Main Functions
- Support in analysis and due diligence of investment opportunities in Private Equity funds and companies in the context of primary and secondary transactions and co-investments.
- Support in portfolio analysis and evaluation:
- Business valuation
- Analysis and projections of financial statements
- Compare the performance of listed/unlisted companies.
- Monitoring and supervision of funds and companies in the portfolio.
- Monitoring and study of the international Private Equity market, including periodic contact with the main global funds.
- Research, database feeding and control.
- Support the senior Private Equity team.
- Collaboration with other areas of the firm to promote information management, especially with the Business Development and Portfolio Analytics departments for reporting management.
Candidate’s Profile
- Students whose graduation date is 2026, studying degrees like Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and similar.
- Demonstrable analytical ability, problem solving, critical spirit and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Advanced level of English is essential.
- Good academic record.
