Altamar Advisory Partners, subsidiary of Altamar CAM Partners engaged in financial advisory services for corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing) and merchant banking, is looking for an Intern or a Full-Time Analyst for its Madrid office.

Job description: Key Responsibilities

• Active participation in M&A transactions.
• Support in the preparation of financial models and valuation analysis.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Drafting of presentation
• Support project coordination with clients and other advisors.
• Support the senior team in marketing activities and consolidation of client relationships during the execution of transactions and search of new potential clients.

Candidate’s profile

• Students graduating in 2026 or recent graduates with up to 1 year of experience.
• No prior experience is required although internships or professional experience in Corporate Finance/M&A, investment banking, private equity or transaction Services will be viewed favorably.
• Full-time availability. However, candidates graduating in 2026 with part-time availability will also be considered as long as they can join full-time once they graduate.
• High attention to detail and organized.
• Teamwork and autonomy. Proactive and objective orientated.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
