Job Description: Main Functions
- Receipt and analysis of capital calls and investment distributions.
- Validation of bank accounts.
- Preparation of payment templates.
- Coordination of the payment approval and signing process.
- Identification and follow-up of incidents in the payment process.
- Monitoring of cash movements.
- Bank reconciliations.
Candidate’s Profile
- 0–1 years of experience. Previous experience in similar roles will be positively valued.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Intermediate level of English (B2 level or higher).
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word…).
