Job description and main functions:

– Participate in the performance of tasks of the entire accounting cycle: accounting, periodic closings and consolidation.

– Invoicing management: registration, accounting and follow-up of invoices, as well as relationship with national and international suppliers.

– Support in the preparation of the analytical closing.

– Treasury management: support in the preparation of bank reconciliations and analysis of the bank’s liquidity positions.

– External audits.

– Assisting with the automation of financial processes of a consolidated group of 42 companies.

Candidate Profile:

– Professional experience of up to 1 year in similar functions, preferably in accounting services firms, investment fund managers, or other entities in the financial sector.

– Graduate in Business Administration and Management and/or similar.

– Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills, critical spirit and high attention to detail.

– Planning and organizational skills.

– Proactivity, autonomy and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office.

– High level of English will be a plus.
