Role description and main functions:
The professional will actively participate in helping those responsible in the following tasks of the department:
- Carrying out tasks throughout the accounting cycle: accounting, periodic closing and preparation of the closing of analytical accounting.
- Invoicing: registration, accounting and monitoring of invoices, as well as relations with national and international suppliers.
- Participation in the consolidation process: integration, review and validation of financial statements of the companies that report to the parent company.
- Commissions: Calculation of the income to be charged to investment vehicles, as well as the performance of invoicing processes for these vehicles.
- Treasury management: support in carrying out bank reconciliations and analysis of the bank’s liquidity positions.
- Attention to external audits.
- Assist with the automation of financial processes of a consolidated 42 companies.
Candidate’s profile:
- Professional experience of up to 1 year in similar functions, preferably in entities of accounting services firms, investment fund managers, or other entities in the financial sector.
- Graduate in Business Administration and Management and/or similar.
- Demonstrable analytical skills, problem-solving, critical spirit and high attention to detail.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy and organizational capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- High level of English (C1 or similar)
