Job Description: Main Functions
The professional will actively participate in assisting managers with the following departmental tasks:
- Performing tasks throughout the accounting cycle: bookkeeping, periodic closings, and preparing analytical accounting closings.
- Invoicing: recording, accounting, and tracking invoices, as well as liaising with domestic and international suppliers.
- Participating in the consolidation process: integrating, reviewing, and validating the financial statements of the companies that report to the parent company.
- Commissions: Calculating the income to be collected from investment vehicles, as well as carrying out invoicing processes for said vehicles.
- Treasury management: support in performing bank reconciliations and analyzing the bank’s liquidity positions.
- Assistance with external audits.
- Assistance with the automation of financial processes for a consolidation of 42 companies.
Candidate´s Profile:
- Up to 1 year of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in accounting firms, investment fund management companies, or other entities in the financial sector.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management and/or similar.
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and high attention to detail.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High level of English (C1 or similar).
