Job Description: Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and monitoring of the private debt and fixed income markets.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, designing and building financial models, performing due diligence, valuation exercises, and preparing documentation related to the analysis of investment opportunities and the management of investment funds.
- Supporting the senior team in marketing activities and market research aimed at capital raising.
- Preparing and conducting due diligence on fund managers and investment opportunities in primary and secondary markets.
- Managing and monitoring investment processes in coordination with other areas of the firm.
- Compiling and analyzing the information required to make investment decisions within the defined strategy.
- Performing information research tasks, as well as the input, maintenance, and control of databases.
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in investment fund firms, private debt, private equity, investment banking or other financial sector institutions, management consulting firms, or audit firms.
- Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and learning skills, proactivity, autonomy, and organizational ability.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Proactive and results-oriented.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, generative AI models, etc.).
- Programming skills for financial applications will be positively valued.
- A very high level of English is required. Additional languages will be valued, preferably German.
- Strong academic record, to be provided together with the CV.
- Relevant academic backgrounds: Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics.
