Stefania is Partner and Head of Talent at AltamarCAM Partners, being responsible of the HR function globally.
Stefania joined AltamarCAM in 2016 having extensive experience in human resources management. Prior to AltamarCAM, Stefania worked at a top multinational telecommunications company, and subsequently worked in BRECA Group at their corporate center in Talent & Development, and at Exsa Soluciones (Breca Group) as Head of Talent, Development and Recruitment.
Stefania holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru), and an international master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
