Falk Marques Group has announced Rocio Heres, managing director at AltamarCAM Partners, as the LP Rising Star winner, an award created to recognize the professional achievements and dedication of the top professionals in the venture capital and private equity industries. Rocio Heres answered some questions about her professional and personal experiences.
She recognized that she has been interested in the finance industry since she was a kid and defines learning and meeting smart people as the most rewarding part of her job.
Rocio revealed that Álvaro Gonzalez, her cousin and professional in the same industry, has been her mentor throughout her career and makes him partly responsible for her success.
