We are hiring! Compliance analyst (Madrid office)

Main Functions:

• Analyzing new regulations and support in the definition of action plans for compliance and monitoring.
• Support in the design and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls, as well as performing monthly internal controls.
• Monitoring of compliance with applicable policies and procedures and reporting of incidents.
• Monitoring of the Internal Code of Conduct and support in the management of related-party transactions and conflicts of interest.
• Support in the preparation of documentation for internal committees and supervisory organizations.
• Conducting internal trainings.

Requirements:

• Up to 4 years of experience. Previous experience in regulatory compliance, risk management or internal audit positions within the financial sector or consulting firms would be an asset.
• Degree in Business Administration and Management or Law.
• High level of English is a must.
• Good academic record.
• Knowledge of industry regulations such as MiFID, PRIIPS, AIFMD, CII Law, Private Equity Law, etc. will be an asset.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Dynamic, decisive, and proactive profile.
